I. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Planning monthly training for employees of the store chain follow to the company’s itinerary;
– Identify training demand through observing the working process of team, or directly working with related departments;
– Design and develop training programs, contribute initiatives to improve the quality of employees through training;
– Planning budget for personnel training programs, workshop, teambuilding combined with training to improve the quality of human resources;
– Implement orientation training, skills training and re-training for sales staff;
– Develop E-learning system for training.
II. JOB REQUIREMENT
– Graduated from College or higher education in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related majors;
– At least 04 years of experience in training chain and retail system;
– Ability to synthesize, statistic, and analyze good data;
– Agility, professionalism and enthusiasm working style;
– Love and have good skills in teaching, presenting, communicating, and teamwork;
– Responsible, enthusiastic.
