I. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Receive recruitment requests from leaders and departments in the Company, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of the plans;
– Contact to find candidate sources through recruitment channels, websites, forums, job placement centers, job fairs …;
– Carry out activities related to Source Creation and Recruit Branding;
– Update and manage candidate information files, receive, screen candidate profiles, schedule candidate interviews;
– Directly interviewing candidates based on recruitment criteria;
– Notify interview results for successful candidates;
– Participate in preparing to receive new employees, building documents and organizing integration training for new employees;
– Participate in setting up the criteria and job description of the positions;
II. JOB REQUIREMENT
– At least 04 years of experience in mass or office recruitment;
– Graduated from College or higher education from Human Resources or Business Administration majors;
– Ability to evaluate people, good communication skills, dynamic, creative, persistent;
– Ability to coach and train new employees;
– Ability to handle problems well, sharp in recruitment;
– Ability to statistic, analyze reports on recruitment activities;
– Agility, professionalism and enthusiasm in working style.
