I. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Ensure to execute and comply with the provisions of the Labor Law and company policies;
– Managing information, records and documents related to employees and making arrangements for them;
– Performing the work of time attendance and salary calculation, bonus for staff;
– Manage all records and work history of employees;
– Counseling and answering questions for employees based on the Labor Law and other regulations;
– Perform other administrative tasks related to human resources (Job acceptance letter, labor contract, contract termination,…);
– Coordinate to evaluate work performance, bonus policy and other employee related issues;
– Handling problems related to employee benefits (Birthdays, weddings, illnesses, annual health checks, …);
– Make internal reports and other reports related to Government;
– Review the company’s policies that are appropriate for the employees and come up with solutions to improve relationships with employees, to become a reliable employee and be able to give words positive advice to employees;
– Participate in and support in recruitment (when required);
– Other tasks as required from time to time by the direct manager or the Board of Directors;
II. JOB REQUIREMENT
– Graduated from College or higher education from Accountant, Human Resources or Business Administration majors;
– At least 03 years of experience in Human Resources and C&B department;
– Priority to those who have experience working in companies with 400 employees or more;
– Good communicated ability; careful and detailed;
– High ability to work in groups and independently working;
– Proactively, responsible and think positively, enthusiastic and high in service spirit.
