I. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage all operation activities and problems at store;
– Training/ Coaching staff to have the best customer service;
– Arrange work shift/ off/ leave work schedule for the employee weekly and make adjustments incurred if any and report time to Manager;
– Directly monitor and report daily sales in accordance with the store’s regulations;
– Deploy sales plans, convey information, and marketing programs for employees;
– Manage inventory, plan to order goods weekly/ monthly;
II. REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 22-28, graduated intermediate degree or higher level;
– 6 months in a equivalent position;
– Communicate agility and good looking;
– Ability to arrange and coordinate work;
– Honesty, enthusiasm;
